How much does it cost to build a mobile app in Australia?

It depends on what the app needs to do. A focused first version with a handful of core features typically sits between $25,000 and $75,000. Apps with accounts, payments, integrations or an admin dashboard usually run from $75,000 to $150,000, and complex platforms go beyond that. After a short discovery phase we give you a fixed scope and a price for the first release.

How long does it take to develop an app?

A first release usually takes between two and five months, depending on scope. You see a clickable prototype within the first few weeks and a working build every couple of weeks after that.

Do you build for both iPhone and Android?

Yes. We build most apps with React Native and Expo, so one codebase runs natively on iOS and Android, and we add native Swift or Kotlin code where a feature needs it. We also handle App Store and Google Play submission.

Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?

Yes. We're based in Melbourne and work with organisations across Australia. Workshops can be in person in Melbourne or over video, and day-to-day collaboration happens online.

Can you take over or improve existing software?

Yes. We regularly start with an audit of an existing app or system, fix what's holding it back, and then keep improving it, with automated testing and release management in place.
